Student-no-more 2 weeks

Second week into 'student-no-more', by right I should be writing something huh?
Well, have not started doing anything, so nothing much to comment. Seems more like adapting EQ than IQ. Some thoughts, but never mind. Yah. That's all.

Another 2 more

Another 2 more movies. Personally prefer 父子 (After This Our Exile). Very sad movie. (Divergence) is more commercial, police and theft story, loaded with good actors.

Finally!

Aaron Kwok De Show Reel Live Concert in Singapore

Indoor Stadium 30 May 2009 Saturday

Super rare to find a concert where my whole family is interested to watch.
The mesmerising one? Yea, that's right! My idol since kindergarden --- Aaron Kwok! I can still remember how I got glued to my TV then (that was 1990!!! So we love love love tonight~". Then my papa will be grumbling that "kid" sing horribly, keep singing the same song. Years passed. I have successfully influenced my papa to like my idol. Hahaha.

The concert is great. Bring back so much memories. My idol made me proud. He has improved tremendously, and ever fit and handsome. Like what they said on newspaper, The amazing world record 450 度旋转舞台,灯光,服装,舞蹈,音乐 and of course the mesmerising 郭富城.

蔡依林 in Singapore

Finally see Jolin in person.

It was reported that she 封舞两个月, so made me wondering what she's gonna do with the live showcase. But she still dance! I am impressed with her live singing. Good good!

美中不足 is the hyper 冷静 audience. So cold~~~ Haiz, think most of audience got the tix from the sponsor, uncles aunties, and some 路人甲. If I am 蔡依林 I will be very sian.

Didn't take any pic, here's the tix.

Graduation Trip

(Warning! Many pictures! Scroll at your own risk. I shall not be liable for any dozing off, wear and tear of mouse etc.)

Just got the other half of the photos from SZ, finally can blog bout my grad trip.

This grad trip,
Long ago, me and SZ thought that nobody want to join us for grad trip, then alot of people say joining, then suddenly all not going again. Then we two decided to go, but SZ parents object, then agreed. Then when we wanna go, comes the H1N1 flu, then we wanna cancel, then we decided to postpone, then we decided to go! OMG!

So we went. 5 days of short trip. Here's a short (not that short) account of it.

Graduation Trip - Day 1

Early in the morning at the Changi Airport. We were setting off!

At the departure gate.

The first photo we took in HK.

The Tsing Ma Bridge. Cause QW said if we didnt see it, his surname is not Chen, I ask SZ to close her eyes when we arrive at the bridge.

Our hotel, just beside Temple Street (but 华弟 didn't appear). Just a few steps to 许留山 the dessert, and a few more streets to 女人街.

Our small and Cold~ hotel.

Me, at the HK's street, navigating our way.

Then we walked all the way from Yau Ma Tei to Tsim Sha Tsui, along Nathan Road. So tired! And also try to find the shop that sell the SIM card we want.

OMG! My hand is the same size as Aaron Kwok!

SZ with her 华仔.

That's the MTR station we saw most often in HK!

Famous dessert of HK -

Graduation Trip - Day 2

The 脚酸 day! The extreme of serenity and excitement.

We went to Lantau Island to see the Big Buddha. The stairs are killer, but the place is very peaceful. (then 曾志伟 will appear. Haha!)

大雄宝殿 where we then have the vegetarian food.

Yup, that's the vegetarian food,

Since we still have time, and so full, we took a walk to the Path of Wisdom. Magnificent. (feel like I am full of wisdom after that)

The toilets in HK are very secretive Super difficult to find toilet in HK. Even in shopping mall, not every floor has toilet. Their toilets are very precious~. Now I truly appreciate Singapore friendly, 光明正大 toilets.

The 360 deg Ngong Ping Cable car which bring us back to Tung Chung. We only took a single trip down, cause the cable car was under maintenance in the morning, hence took a bus up.

The Disneyland MTR line. SZ was so excited that the train has Mickey Mouse windows. SO EXCITED. (The beginning of her endless photo taking starts)

We were just in time to catch the Disney Star Parade.

And photo... (due to the quantity of photos... they have been omitted)

The Space Rocket restaurant in Tomorrow Land where we had our dinner.

Awaiting for the firework above the Sleeping Beauty Castle at 8pm.

Before we left...

SZ 依依不舍 her Disneyland, and hope that she can work there, and stay there.

Graduation Trip - Day 3

Due to the horrible horrendous 脚酸 from yesterday, we decided to do something lighter on the feet for Day 3 (Actually still as 脚酸 lo).

After visiting the temple, we settled at Cafe de Coral in the shopping mall next to the temple for brunch. Nice~

Eggtarts from 泰昌. The many-years-old shop in midlevel 中环. There is supposed to be a Midlevel escalator (one of the longest outdoor escalator) to bring us up, but... OUT OF ORDER! Argh~ we walked up. So after buying, we decided to head down for Mac, to sit and rest. Oh, we bought alot of cookies there.

Central Pier (where we took ferry back to Kowloon - Tsim Sha Tsui at night), and the open top bus 15C (which took us to and fro the Peak Tram Station) at the lower right hand corner.

Skyscraper everywhere in HK. That red symbol is the symbol of the Mass Transit Railway (MTR), our transport for the 5 days in HK.

The Peak Tram, with history all the way back from 1888, length of ~1364m, and height of 368m, connecting Central district with Victoria Peak. Fun!

We visited the Madam Tussauds HK wax museum at the peak. We took alot alot alot of photos, here's a selected few. That's me and Aaron Kwok! (Excited, gonna watch the concert soon)

Painting

(Title of picture adapted from QW)

Poor

007 with his new Bond girl. (opps!)

View from the Peak. That taken around the 8pm symphony of lights.
We sat and rest for a long time there, and eat our eggtarts. Oh! You remember I mentioned we bought cookies from 泰昌? Yup, we were two strange tourists carrying two packets of cookies walking in the wax museum and munching off at the peak.

Graduation Trip - Day 4

We finally had Dim Sum for breakfast on Day 4. 饱到~~~ We too overestimated ourselves, ordered too much. Eat and eat and eat. Then with the full stomach, we head for Ocean Park.

That's only less than half the quantity of what we had.

The proud sealion. So evil de.

Some sea creatures that give me the creep.

Don't know since when panda become ocean creature, Ocean Park is filled with panda!

The cable car that connect the two parts of the Ocean Park. (There are always nice people who helped us take photo)

Me on 摩天轮.

The portrait of two popo.

The mascot of Ocean Park. They very advance leh! Got ventilation/air-con inside, won't be warm inside!
