This year, 2803 CNY gathering a little different from the past. WL/SL and gang thought of having a potluck dinner, instead of the usual steamboat. The venue is different too - my house. Although more many of them had came to my house before, but never in this large number, neither did we have a gathering at my house. So, after everything was decided, I was informed... "Jia Yee, we go your house gather ok!?" Okok... So here we were, 31st Jan 2009, saturday, 大年初六... in the cosy house of mine. (Photos courtesy of JY-e mouse)
These were the early birds. Who had arrived early. A picture before A left to 赶场 to another location to 拜年.
A table full of food. Introducing, fried rice/sotong/cheese toufu by PF, chicken wings by WL, coconut & ribena jelly by XH, almond jelly by JY-e mouse, spring roll/cheese sausage/mini hashbrown/taiwan sausage/ spagetti prepared at my house, by myself, JY-e mouse, SL, and PF.
Caught unaware... We are serious people discussing about the global economic and prospect, don't disturb ok.
But we can always take a break and say cheese.
